Thanks!! I'm just getting my blog up and going, I'm trying to build a base for the BBQ website I'm building. This is something I've always loved doing and always cooked over a campfire at a camp out for about 20 to 30 guys usually with a broad range of items.Pork butts, ribs, roasts, elk, buffalo etc... just thought it was time to share beyond just that.
