Fast Eddy's by Cookshack FEC100 pellet smoker - For Sale
This unit is under factory Warranty until Dec 09, that will be between the new owner and Cookshack, as I am not offering a warranty.
I bought this smoker about a year and half ago to do some competitive cooking. That desire has lost out to kids soccer and swimming. So here is a great smoker that has been used maybe a dozen times. It comes with the following factory options, rib rack shelf, temp probe, cover, and three bags of pellets. In the picture you will see that I added a smoke stack, if you don’t want it just pull the two screws and pull it off. The stack is a great addition as it gets the smoke exhaust above where you stand and out of your eyes.

It sounds like a very nice cooker - a good deal for sure. Too bad things didn't work out with competing, but if you like to cook bbq at home it might be nice to keep it around.
